Spindle Info!
This comes with two spindles. I use one for the year’s income and the other for deductible receipts. If you keep at it through the year everything will be pretty much in chronological order. 🙂 I have used this system for years and it has saved lots of headaches at tax time searching for receipts!P. S. Try not to poke through the numbers!

I keep one of these at my home office desk and it helps keep my miscellaneous receipts upright and visible no digging through piles anymore.The black version looks sleek and not ‘overly commercial’. Fits well in a living-room workstation where I also do kid-crafts and need something simple. Easy to use and good quality

Old school organization that’s new again!
I’m not sure today’s generation will even know what these are. I had even forgotten about them. Years ago every business had these to keep paperwork from finding its way everywhere. These were used to keep receipts in order, to organize desks, and to prioritize workflow. Yes, people got stabbed on him, but somehow they were a main stay on desks throughout history. I have a habit of jogging down recipes on every conceivable strip of paper and promptly putting him in a file to be destroyed. I spent a lot of time looking for the recipes that accidentally got destroyed. These are perfect for keeping myself in order. There are two of these receipt holders in the box. All you do is screw the spindle into the base and add the nut. If you wanted to, you could add weight to the base out of some washers or other hardware. Each receipt holder has a plastic protector on it. Remove the protector, place the paper on it push down, replace the plastic protector and you’re good to go. I left one of these in my kitchen and one on my desk. So simple, reasonably priced, sturdy. Highly recommend for people like me who get overwhelmed with receipts, recipes, and invoices.

Very Functional for Home Use
This two pack of receipt/note holders is a good value. They are easy to assemble, stand straight, and serve their intended purpose well. The spike has a safety tip cover that I discarded after assembly since I want easy access to “spear” receipts. The base is hollow with just the exterior metal ring at the bottom. I wish the base were solid and weighted, but it still stands without issue. I also wish the metal spike were a bit sharper to make it easier to spear my receipts but these receipt holders work fine for everyday use. I would order a more heavy-duty set if using this at a business that needs to save numerous receipts each day.
