Pretty tools with nice coloration – good stocking stuffer idea
I am always looking for a tool to peel off a sticker, cut open a box, scratch off a lottery ticket, etc. and more often than not end up using my fingernail, which is NOT a good tool. So I ordered these tools to save more poor fingernails. They are heavy and sturdy and come in a cute oblong plastic storage container. Unfortunately, ya kind of need a tool to open the closure on the storage container. It might loosen up with use, but otherwise, the tools will go loose in the drawer (making them harder to find, unfortunately) and the container will go in the trash. I’ll give it a while, though. I didn’t have any lottery tickets to scratch off (and rarely do), but I did scrape at some stickers and used one of the tools to cut through tape and break down a box. It worked fine. They are currently on sale for $4.39 for 3, which seems like a reasonable price. This is the kind of thing you could consider buying one or two packs and using as stocking stuffers (for adults – probably not great for kids).

These are high-quality metal tools with a nice, solid weight to them. The set comes with three dual-ended tools and a clear case for storage. They are very easy to use and do not bend or wobble when pressure is applied.We receive lottery tickets as birthday gifts, and these work perfectly for scratching them without tearing the ticket. I also tested them on strong stickers on the outside of a food container, and they easily lifted the edges and pushed off most of the sticker residue. (I did have to use acetone for the final wipe.)After use, the tools cleaned easily with dish soap and water.These are simple, sturdy, inexpensive tools. They work well for light scraping and detail tasks but are also strong enough to open shipping boxes. I’d recommend them if you’re looking for something more intential than a coin or fingernail.
