The product is of good quality, compact, not too heavy, which even works for me with my numb hands. The directions that come from the manufacturer are a little bit misleading because they show a charger base as part of the product. However, this product only comes with a plug in and I had difficulty finding where the charger plugged in. Ultimately with the help of the supplier, I found that the plug goes into the end of the battery once the battery is removed. Very small hole in the side near the end. I think the product itself is quite good and works very well.
