Caution: When using this tool, please wear a mask and other protective gear. Remove the sharpening guide attachment and scrap the collar cap, this grinder can be used as a regular rotary.
Improve Grinding Efficiency: This tool will grind two sizes of tungsten, each with two angled tips. They are 1/16 “(1.6mm) 15 °, 1/16” (1.6mm) 20 °, 3/32 “(2.4mm) 15 °, and 3/32” (2.4mm) 20 °, respectively. When the tip is grounded, 15 ° is 30 °, and 20 ° is 40 °. Each type has 3 holes, which can grind 3 pieces at once, greatly improving the grinding efficiency and reducing the consumption of diamond wheels.
Personalized Design: DIDUEMEN’s tungsten electrode grinder uses a classic gray-black color scheme, with excellent texture, dirt resistance, and easy cleaning. This grinding head has undergone anti-drop testing, is sturdy and durable, and has an exclusive open single-leg column support design patent, making the replacement and installation of grinding wheels more convenient and fast.
Easy Operation: Each machine has undergone one-on-one quality inspection by engineers before leaving the factory, and can be literally plugged and used out of the box. Fixed holes and angle offset compensation, precise grinding of tungsten electrodes, without the need to adjust the height of the diamond grinding wheel to ensure that all tungsten electrode tip centers are at the grinding center point. Even beginners in welding can easily use DIDUEMEN’s grinder.

Used it a few times in my garage I have a tig welder at home and no diamond bench grinders. So ordered this cheaper alternative. Well worth the money. Super easy to set up. Just as easy to use. Will buy my next one the same product as this one.

Does the trick
For what it is, this product does it’s job well. It doesn’t take up a whole lot of space, and even the simplest of shop hands can’t mess it up.For the price, I feel like I got a decent value. Tungsten isn’t cheap, so having a sharpening jig helps to increase production and save consumables.Seems to be a quality unit. Easy to use, and quick. I only wish you weren’t limited to just a couple angles.
