Can I see planets with my telescope?

How to make the tripod more stable?
After adjusting the tripod height, make sure all screws are tightened and place it on a flat, level surface to ensure stability. Avoid touching the tripod while observing, and use the fine-tuning handle to adjust the telescope’s direction. In windy conditions, avoid using the telescope, as wind can cause instability and shaking.
Why are the images in the finderscope upside down?
It is normal for the image in a finderscope to appear upside down. Because the finderscope uses convex lenses, which invert the image according to the principles of physical optics.
Why can I only see darkness through my telescope?
1. Please make sure the lens cap is removed.
2. If you can’t see anything at night, try using the telescope during the day.
3. Check the eyepiece. You should see a white circle when looking through it. Wave your hand in front of the objective lens; the view should momentarily darken, then brighten again.
If the image is still too dark after these steps, the eyepiece might be damaged. Please get in touch with us for a replacement.

Pretty good begginer telescope
The telescope is perfect for anyone wanting to view the night sky. The lenses give clear, bright images. I saw incredible details on the moon right away. The included eyepieces and barlow lens provide great magnification options, reaching up to 240X. Setup was quick with the sturdy tripod. Excellent beginner/novice telescope on a budget
As a beginner to stargazing, I am very impressed and happy with this first-time friendly beginner telescope. Set up was very straightforward and it was easy for me to assemble and start using even though I have never had one of my own before.The telescope itself is perfect for a beginner, but also if you already have experience, you should be able to easily set up and use it yourself. I was able to see the moon and some of the craters in fairly good detail, although I was not able to find Jupiter or Saturn which is ok because I personally only purchased this to try and look at stars and the moon. My understanding is I can actually use this during the day as well for example, if I wanted to look at animals in the distance or maybe some landscape such as mountain ranges however I have yet to find time to use it for those purposes.The tripod that this came with is of very high-quality and material in my opinion. It is made of stainless steel and is very sturdy and keeps the telescope solid and grounded. The fit and finish of the overall entire telescope and tripod combo I would say is competitive to some of the higher priced options and priced well.Overall, I’m giving this telescope 5 out of 5 stars because it is priced within my very small budget and works very well for someone who is just getting started just like myself and as my children get older, I know that this telescope is going to be a great experience for them as well. I can also picture myself giving these as gifts to my nieces and nephews this holiday season.
