Feel more energy
Disclaimer: I was NOT paid for this review.This is a great product if taken regularly. I do not use it specifically for pumping iron, but after years of having unused muscles, I noticed that when doing beginner workouts, fatigue set in quickly. This supplement ALONG with MetRx Creatine was a blessing to “develop” the strength in my underutilized muscles (which I never knew I had) to do basic push ups, light weight dumbbells for forearms, biceps, triceps & chest exercises.For all the regular people out there (like ME 🙂) this supplement does help with sexercises. The duration & performance 🎭 has been incrementally upward ⬆️ with my abs, back muscles & arm being strengthened through the sexercises.One thing I noticed is that if the pills are removed from the bottle and taken in a pill baggy during traveling etc, the pill disintegrates easily. It almost looks like it’s outer coating dehydrates and the pill crumbles into powder. The bottle is dark in color and I am guessing that it blocks the light from “breaking down” the surface coating thereby maintaining the structural integrity of the pills.There were a couple of pills broken in the bottle (no biggie) but those looked like impact breaks due to shipping & not disintegrating.In all honesty, physical performance is up, am able to be more active in general during the day and during the night. This pill allows for more stamina, but might not necessarily improve the size of the 🍆 but it will work for a lot longer without fatigue.This is a great supplement for all physical activities that require muscular strength & endurance. 🙂

Good product
I am a 48 year old man that has always worked out but had back surgery last August. I found out it’s hard to get back to working out after several months of lay off. I needed something to give me a boost. I have always used pre workouts in the past but they usually effect my sleep so I wanted to stay away from the pre workouts. I saw this product in Amazon and figured I would give it a try. It gives me a good boost of energy in the weight room if I take about 1hr before working out and I don’t get the side effects of the pre workouts with all the caffeine. I am starting to get my muscle tone back that I lost after 6 months of not working out. I get a good pump from this product.

It works great but if you have low blood pressure don’t take full dose or take daily as it will dip your blood pressure lower at rest. Also it will make you rock hard in bed so be careful with that, could help men with ED, my wife noticed right away. Great for workout

El problema de calificar suplementos es que muchas veces nuestro cuerpo no los necesita o no son los apropiados para nuestra situación de salud y al tomarlos no vemos cambios o mejorías, como si los vería alguien que tiene algún déficit o problema por el cual necesite el suplemento.En mi caso con este creo que ha pasado eso, lo compré para tratar de mejorar mi rendimiento en el gimnasio, pero la verdad no he sentido cambios significativos.No he llegado a sentir más energía o más fuerza.Lo sigo tomando, pero para la próxima probaré otra marca, no porque esta no sirva, más bien para contrastar resultados.No he tenido problemas al tomarla, como efectos segundarios. Me parece bastante costosa, para la cantidad de pildoras.

I usually don’t post reviews on Amazon, but this product is 100% worth the time! :)I purchased this a few months ago after doing some research on a dietary supplement to help lower blood pressure – with the intent for a flexible non-committal supplement to take as needed, not every day as usually required by a prescription.Working in a fast-paced stressful job with other life stressors (financial, family, Covid-19, etc.) I needed a supplement for the times of the month where I knew ahead of time there would be increased, unavoidable stress. My blood pressure fluctuates, it’s not consistently in the pre- or hypertension levels that doctors take notice of, but when it is – I get such bad chest tightness, not able to fully relax and really be productive, difficulty taking deep breaths…It 100% helped relax my chest tightness right away!!
