1 week later, noticable differences.
So many mixed reviews on this supplement. I was hesitant to spend the money.Other popular extremely high cost supplements turned out to be failures. (BofN for example)For me however, this supplement has made a significant difference in just 1 week.I initially took the full 3 pill dose, but had to reduce to just 1 pill a day, which seems to be enough to have nice health improvement benefits without the major activity that isn’t needed everyday. (You can guess).I will be using this product from now on. I have lost 6 lbs in 2 weeks from not feeling hungry and just not eating as much. Not sure if it is the product providing this effect but it is a strange coincidence since its use. Very satisfied so far.Only 2 issues that I have come to have. The pill is large, but not crazy. I’m used to tablets like this. The taste is very Green….I mean, strong, kale/spinach green. I don’t mind it, but some people really hate kale taste. Also, depending what you eat, I have had the need to be really close to a bathroom or else. I am older, so that could be the case, however, there is somewhat of a laxative nature to this supplement that will hit you. Beware when starting to use it.Excellent Product. I’m glad I purchased it.

Energy level is up, want to give it some more time to be certain.
I recently purchased these on a recommendation from a friend who told me she had been taking them for a month and her energy levels had soared. As she had a lot of health issues and was going through a fairly stressful period at the time, I asked if she was keeping to a good diet, sleeping well etc. and she said NO. Her life was sliding downward as to those two factors and so the only thing she could attribute it to was these supplements. I take a small handful of supplements already but all of them are specific to a problem…turmeric, glucosamine, MSM, Chondroitin , Boswellia – all for arthritis. E and Ubiqionol for heart health etc. I do not take any multivitamin or any b- complex and I do try and eat well and get in my 8 hours every night. Lacking energy myself, I decided to give them a try. I am not taking the recommended dosage of 3 a day, as that would be a little pricey for me. I have been taking one a day for several weeks and I can say that it is a little easier to get up in the morning and even in the 110+ heat of a Phoenix summer, I can come home from work and mow the lawn. So it would seem that my energy level is up but the jury is still out. I will continue to take them until I run out, then do the acid test of NOT taking them and see how I feel. If I find a remarked difference, I will update this post. The one positive thing I can declare is these are small pills, easy to swallow which is nice as I am taking so many other pills each night.

I wanted to write this review because there are so many writing in saying they got this bottle free in exchange for their honest review… well I want to say that none of this ‘free in exchange for an honest review’ is happening here. I paid the full price and have something to say about this supplement.First of all, I am always looking for something new, different or basically what will keep me healthy as I age, go through different stages in my life and of course will stick to what works when I find it.Does this work? For me, I can’t say long term but short term I have noticed increased energy. Long term I would hope to see better health and immunity against colds and other seasonal crud that tends to knock me on my ass without warning.Is it worth sticking to? Its work a try, this is a big bottle and since it’s in my hands, why not give it a fair trial.I will say that these pills are large. Not so big that you can’t manage to swallow them down, but still large enough that it can be uncomfortable swallowing them whole if you aren’t used to downing horse pills every morning. I’m tempted to cut them in half instead of trying to get one whole pill down, hopefully that will make it easier. There is no bitter taste or even a funny after taste. My urine turns an alarming neon yellow when taking these and I would hope if anyone other than the lab when I see the doctor ever gets to see my urine won’t think I’m radioactive or something. NO I don’t glow in the dark. Just saying.As a general idea of who I am and why I need a multivitamin… I’m a full time, stay at home mom of a toddler. Need I say more?For those who aren’t mom’s out here, I’ll help you out. I need energy, a good multi to supplement when my diet lacks-usually every day because I don’t have time to eat regular meals and point blank, I had a baby not long ago- in case you didn’t know, babies take a lot out of a mothers body before birth and after having a baby… you need all the vitamin help you can get to keep going with the sleepless nights… until you have a toddler and then you need energy, vitamins to supplement meals you eat on the go or not at all. Yes, we need vitamins sometimes and I, need all the help I can get.My old vitamins didn’t work. I ended up getting the flu and a cold within 4 months of each other and never had more energy than what my exhausted body can manage to have on any given day.If you’ve skimmed through, made it this far to the bottom, not wanting to read the meat of my review I will give you footnotes.Here goes,These vitamins are large, cut them in half or if you’re brave down a whole one- but I warned you, they are horse pills. NO after taste and don’t really taste bitter – or it could be me used to taking horrible tasting vitamins and prescription medications so I don’t notice. You will notice an improvement in energy after taking these- which is a good thing if you’re an active person. The price of these may seem high but then again don’t you get what you pay for? Higher price, better quality?Final words: I’d recommend.
