Feb. 25 2021 These Bluebonnet Mulit Vitamin/Mineral capsules have been my “go to” main supplement for many years. At a cost of approximately 0.36 cents per cap cost buying the 120 count bottle, that’s a good load of nutrition. Have a look at the label, it’s just about a “who’s-who” in vitamins & minerals.Bluebonnet has a similar one that I did try. Unfortunately they were GIANT tablets. I found them difficult to swallow and struggled through to finish up the bottle. In previous years, I did use the Bluebonnet LIQUID vitamin and mineral supplement, which I did like, e.g. to add it to smoothie type concoctions.

Love these vitamins
I like the fact that these vitamins don’t source the calcium from oyster shell. They are free of shellfish and since I am allergic to shellfish these are safe for me to take. They work well.

I have been taking this multivitamin for a while. Pretty easy to swallow, I usually take it after eating so it doesn’t upset my stomach. Great nutritional value, highly recommended.
