Powerful oscillating tool with wide speed control and quick blade changes
I have a DeWalt oscillating tool that I keep on my work van, and I really like it. I use it so often that I wanted another one to keep at home in the shop. Over the years I have also owned a couple of corded ones that I used until they finally wore out, so I have quite a bit of experience with these tools.Comparing this one to the others I have used, it performs just as well. I have already used it to cut electrical outlet holes in drywall and wood without any trouble. I have also cut some molding and even cut a 2×4 in half with it. It cuts just as fast as the others I have owned. From what I understand, DeWalt tools usually have about a 3.2-degree oscillation, while this one is listed at about 3 degrees. That is very close, and in real use the cutting speed feels comparable.I also tried sanding with it and it did great. The small triangular sanding pad works really well for getting into tight corners where other sanders cannot reach. It is very comfortable to use for long periods of time. It is also very versatile with all the attachments out now.One feature I actually like better on this one is the speed control. Many oscillating tools only give you two or three preset speeds. This one has a dial that allows you to adjust anywhere from around 5,000 OPM up to around 18,000 OPM (some of the listing information says 8500 to about 21,000 OPM). That wide range lets you slow it down for more delicate work or turn it up when you need faster cutting. The battery life also seems very good. Most cuts with an oscillating tool only take a few seconds to under a minute, so a single charge can last quite a while. You could easily go days of occasional use before needing to recharge.Changing blades and attachments is very simple. You just pull the spring-loaded lever, drop in your blade, and flip the lever back to lock it in place. They also include a few blades and sanding pads to get you started. The only real complaint I have noticed so far is the way the battery sits on the tool. With my DeWalt, when I am done using it I can just stand it upright on the battery. Most tools are designed that way. This one has the battery angled a bit differently, so when you try to stand it up it almost balances but then falls over. Because of that, you really have to lay it down flat when you set it aside.Even with that small design issue, I still think this is a very good value for the money. It performs like most of the big-name brands but costs quite a bit less—probably around two-thirds the price.

Great tool! Wish it had a case or bag though
I’ve been putting this oscillating tool through its paces and overall I’m really impressed with what it delivers for the price. The 20V brushless motor provides plenty of power for a wide range of tasks, and the variable speed control gives you the flexibility to dial in just the right setting depending on whether you’re doing delicate finish work or more aggressive cutting and grinding. The 3° oscillation angle is a noticeable upgrade from tools with a tighter angle — it makes cuts faster and more efficient, and you can really feel the difference when working through tougher materials. I’ve used it for cutting, sanding, scraping, and even some light grinding, and it handled everything I threw at it without bogging down or overheating. The 25 included accessories are a great value add and cover most of the common tasks you’d want an oscillating tool for right out of the box. Having the battery and charger included is also a big plus — you’re ready to get to work immediately without any additional purchases. My one complaint, and the reason I’m holding back a star, is that there is no carrying case or bag included. With 25 accessories and a cordless tool, keeping everything organized and protected is a real challenge. A simple zippered bag or molded case would go a long way toward making this a complete, well-rounded package. Hopefully that’s something the manufacturer considers adding in a future version.Despite that one drawback, this is a capable, powerful, and versatile tool that punches well above its weight. Highly recommend it to anyone looking for a reliable cordless oscillating tool — just be ready to find your own storage solution for all those accessories

An Excellent Versatile Tool for DIY Projects
I recently picked up this DEKOPRO 20V Cordless Oscillating Tool after needing something reliable for a home renovation project involving cutting PVC pipes, sanding wood edges, scraping old paint off trim, and removing grout from my shower tiles. As someone who does occasional DIY work but isn’t a professional, I wanted a multitool that was powerful yet easy to handle *without being tethered to a cord.*First off, the brushless motor is a standout feature—unlike traditional brushed motors that use physical carbon brushes to transfer power (which wear out over time and create friction), a brushless motor relies on electronic controllers to manage the current flow. This results in higher efficiency, reduced heat buildup, longer battery life, quieter operation, and virtually no maintenance since there are no brushes to replace. Granted, it’s still loud, but not as loud as my plug in.This delivers excellent performance with variable speeds (from 5,000 to 18,000 OPM), which made it adaptable for different tasks. I used the lower speeds for precise sanding on furniture restoration, and cranked it up for quicker cuts through wood — it handled everything smoothly without bogging down. I also used one of the 65Mn steel scraper blades to remove grout from my shower tiles, saving a ton of time compared to using a manual hand tool. The 3.2° oscillation angle really speeds things up and it reduces vibration, which is a huge plus for longer sessions. My hands didn’t feel fatigued after 15-30 minutes of use on the grout. The tool-free blade change system is great; swapping accessories takes seconds, and the included 25-piece kit has pretty much everything you need right out of the box—scraper blades, multiple sanding pads, wood/metal cutters, even a triangle saw for tight corners. The 20V 4Ah battery lasted about 45 minutes on a full charge during mixed use, which was enough for my projects, and it recharges quickly (around 2 hours). The built-in LED light is handy for working in dim areas like under cabinets, and the soft-grip handle makes it comfortable to hold. One minor downside is that it doesn’t come with a carrying case or bag, so storage can be a bit messy with all these accessories. Also, the battery is proprietary, so if you need extras, you’ll have to find DEKOPRO-compatible ones. But for the price, especially with the battery and charger included, it’s a fantastic value.
