Very handy, works well on larger logs.
Very handy for quick cuts, like firewood that’s too long or small trees.Has a thin chain so cuts a thin channel with less sawdust. However chain pops off easily with twigs or floppy branches. Easily reinstalled (same as full size saws).Has a battery percentage but has a no load reading that is much higher than full load reading. Not sure which one to believe. Having 2 batteries is a big advantage. 4 may be better. Wish it had a 12 Volt clip for a tractor battery.

Im having problems with th re trigger switch on pole trigger not always engaging saw to operate.

Well Built and the pole is great for reaching hard to get projects.
I have a wooded lot and have been using a hand pole saw. They are a pain for long reaches. I bought this for a project on my shoreline. A birch tree trunk was hard to reach. Reaching between two trunks it cut the third 8 inch like butter . It has nice read outs for charge, and the poll is built well. It did read the directions, but missed the poles on/off switch behind the poles trigger and safety button. (wifey figured it out ) I am enthused to use it more.

Design when the pole is connected.
When the saw is connected to the pole, it comes out of place on the battery compartment connecting to the pole section. I had to use zip ties to keep it in place. It comes with a securing lock on once side but the other side comes out. It should have had the same mechanism on both ends to keep it all secured in place.
First time customer. –
Just remember to always be careful when using such equipment. It did well for me.
It is light and fairly simple to use. To look at it you wouldn’t think it might cut much. But it does have a forcefull strength about it.

Leaks oil when not in use.
Unit works good and cuts good but leaks oil from the bar oiler when it is just sitting and not being used. I would not recommend because of that issues. You’re constantly cleaning up a mess. Only reason for two stars. Seller wants to make it right I would definitely give this saw a five star review.
