Not a bad vitamin for the money!
This is actually a good vitamin at a low price! The tablets are not too large, which makes swallowing them easy compared to some vitamins I’ve tried. The only drawback I can think of is that they do have a fairly strong vitamin smell, but it wasn’t intolerable for me, and I’m smell-sensitive. I didn’t really notice a taste, but I didn’t let them sit on my tongue to test that out, because–yuck! The dose is 3 tablets daily, but I try to eat a balanced diet, so I only take 1 or 2 a day. As an added bonus, they are made in the US! They are a surprisingly good quality option at a reasonable price point.

I’ve recommended these to so many people
I’ve tried others that advertise similar benefits, and in all honesty – those feel like absolute money-grabs compared to these. The competition usually states you have to take theirs 3 times a day which is rather convenient for repeat orders for far more cost. I was convinced to give these a try by a few factors – the fruits and veggies part matched some others’ offerings, the built in probiotics are a nice well-rounded and complete touch, and the most important thing aside from the bargain of what these cost – just LOOK at the daily percentages of what vitamins these offer you. It will blow your mind how concentrated these are, especially in the Vitamin B categories (there’s I believe 5 different B’s in there). I noticed an immediate difference on the first day I took them. I had loads more energy and far less fatigue (thanks to the massive B12 influx), and no mid-day slump. These are also formulated in such a way that there’s no “crash” like with 5-hour energy drinks often do. The funniest side-effect I’ve noticed is, you will pee Ryobi-green. The first time this happened, I was scared to death, but quickly realized this is what happens when your body expels any abundance of vitamin B it didn’t absorb. You’d be surprised how shocked people at those tub urinals at stadiums look the first time they see it looking down-stream… quite funny. Anyway – I’ve recommended these vitamins to several friends and everyone in my family – we all take them now. I’m not really one of those health-nut type people, but for something I took a gamble on, I’m extremely happy with the results and now save quite a bit compared to previous offerings. I should also note, given the extreme levels of daily percentages these offer, I only take two a day rather than 3 and it’s been fine. I think the occasional “unavailability” of these here on Amazon from time to time as a testament to how many they sell here and how many people are getting them.
