Great all-around multi vitamin for men & ease of consumption in gummy form!
So far (about a week in) since I have been taking these vitamin gummies I have had a little bit more energy during the day, my digestive system seems to be working a little bit better, and I am not as sore as I typically am. I feel like I fall asleep a little bit quicker than I used to (I also have been taking melatonin at night regularly for about a year now) and I definitely notice that since I have added these vitamins to my daily routine, I do fall asleep quicker than just taking melatonin & no daily vitamin. I am disabled so it is not easy for me to always prepare/cook/eat well-balanced meals. Taking these vitamins daily gives me a little piece of mind that I am supplementing my body with the vitamins that I may or may not be getting regularly from my diet. I have also noticed that my spasms and muscle cramps seem to have subsided more, as opposed to when I do not take vitamins. I know I am deficient in magnesium & these seem to help. The flavor is spot on! They taste very good (tropical taste) and they don’t leave a nasty aftertaste or ‘film’ in my mouth. So far I am pleased with this product. The fact that I just take 2 gummies a day for my vitamins (and not a handful of other pills/tablets/capsules/soft gels make it a whole lot easier & time efficient to take. I am extremely grateful for the relief of the muscle cramps I seem to notice from taking these. I do notice I have a bit more energy & I am able to focus and remain on task (as opposed to being drowsy, having a hard time waking up, mind being scrambled, brain fog/forgetting what I was doing or why I went into a room/etc).

So it’s hard to know whether these multivitamins actually “work” because it’s not like I can test its effectiveness in a controlled experiment. However, if the evaluation criteria is based on taste and price, then these multivitamins score high on both. They’re also easy to digest and it’s easy to pretend that they’re just fruit gummies so I personally prefer them more than taking them via pill form where you often have to cut the pills so that they’re easy to swallow.

I’ve tried other gummy vitamins even the centrum brand and they are hard and chewy.Some are so gummy they feel like they’re going to pull fillings right out of your teeth. Personally, that’s why I don’t like Gummies. These should be named something else. They are not Gummies.I would say they are more like eating a piece of soft slightly chewy candy.They have a great taste. All the flavors are really good,quite frankly I don’t understand why they even make the other type.Real Gummies are for children, not adults.
