Great little saw
BEFORE USING: 1: Make sure the chain isn’t on backwards. If it is it won’t cut right and will tear up the chain guard. 2: Fully charge both batteries for at least 3 hours before using ( the charge indicator on the battery isn’t very accurate) 3: Lubricate the chain by hand with bar and chain oil the first few uses. The automatic oiling system is gravity fed and can take awhile to make it to the chain. This saw is very functional for the price. Its cutting ability is perfect for cleaning up dead fall around the yard. Keep the chain lubricated and tensioned properly and this saw will last and keep you happy.The first photo is how much I cut on one fully charged battery.

I Wanted To Like It But It Is More Oil Slick Than Chainsaw. Very Disappointed.
I bought this cordless mini chainsaw because I needed an 8″ blade for thicker branches. We already own a 6″ mini from another brand that we love, but these branches were just a little too beefy for it. This one comes with a case, goggles, extra batteries, is compact, light and supposedly very effective!Assembly was simple—chain, screw nut, side cover, oil. Done in minutes. But the “safety” bezel was a red flag right away. It didn’t cover the full blade, didn’t line up, and kept catching on the teeth. Honestly, it looked like they tossed in a 6″ bezel and hoped no one would notice. Spoiler: I noticed.Still, I gave it a shot on a tiny 1″ branch. Within five minutes the chain had jumped off multiple times, the bezel snagged constantly, and oil was leaking everywhere—blade, housing, gloves. The cap was on tight, but the reservoir acted like a leaky salad dressing bottle.After ten minutes of wrestling, I’d managed to cut two small branches that looked like they’d been chewed off by aliens. The bezel had a 2″ gash, the chain had been reattached more times than I care to admit, and I looked like I’d just gone three rounds with an olive press.For $69.99, this was a huge disappointment. I’m experienced with power tools and tree trimming, and this wasn’t user error—it was bad design. Whether I got a lemon or the whole brand is flawed, I can’t say. But if you’re planning to use the 8″ blade, save yourself the frustration (and the laundry bill).Bottom line: this chainsaw is less “lumberjack” and more “slapstick comedy prop.”
