Seems to work well for the sale price with battery and charger.
Couldn’t beat the price. I bought it too basically raise and lower my popup camper roof rather then hand crank. I’ll obviously have to be careful not to snap my cables and stop it when it’s close to fully raised.I saw other reviews that mentioned another manufacturer’s battery that also fits this unit.

Powerful impact driver
This is a cordless impact wrench from Six Craftsmen, which is ideal to use for driving long screws or lag bolts, framing walls, building a deck and with other difficult materials. This tool is advertised as a 3-in-1, which also includes the options of using this tool as a drill or automatic screwdriver. The mechanism of an impact wrench utilizes a rotational force, and when met with resistance, switches over to percussive hammer blows/impacts. This is different from a drill, where the mechanism is a consistent rotational force that is controlled by an adjustable clutch utilizing torque settings.Six Craftsmen’s impact wrench utilizes a 1/2″ square drive anvil, with an optional 1/4″ hex collet, for quick changes. To change sockets, simply pull them off the anvil. The hex collet can be removed by pulling on it as well.Among the various attachments included with this impact driver is also the 1/4″ hex collet, which allows this tool to function like a drill/automatic driver. This set also comes with a 3″ extender, 4 impact rated sockets (21mm, 20mm, 19mm, 17mm), 5 drill bits and a 10-piece driver set. The set also includes a battery, battery charger, a bright orange and black hardcase and instructions.There are a few features with this tool worth mentioning. There is a work light built into the body of the impact driver that will shine directly on your task when the trigger is engaged. The transmission is variable over many gears, and offers the settings of High and Low, accessible on the base of the tool. There are 2 battery LED indicators, one on the base of the device and a separate one on the battery itself. To determine the remaining charge on the battery, simply press the red Power button on the battery’s front. (Note: the battery does not arrive charged!)This impact driver is quite powerful and will be up for many projects. Although it is indeed equipped to also serve as a drill and driver, I would be cautious about using it this way with any kind of delicate materials. This tool is designed to be strong, forceful and rugged over being precise and accurate.I like the bright blaze orange plastic body and case, as it makes this tool easy to locate in a hurry. It feels heavy and sturdy in build and has a hefty weight. I would not recommend storing this tool in your vehicle or in a shed, as there are concerns about battery performance in both very hot and cold temps which are mentioned in the manual.As a bit of constructive criticism for the manufacturer, having a case or organizational system to keep the attachments in would add additional value to this tool. As-is, since none of the sockets or bits have a “home” within the case, it is going to make for an obnoxiously loud tool to transport around. I will worry about how these free-range attachments will behave in the closed kit, and my concern will mostly be about the battery. Having a case for all the attachments will allow users to know that they have what they need on-hand instead of rummaging through clear plastic bags provided. The clear plastic bag did not hold up and the attachments were in various places upon opening the case.
