Works completely as expected
The scanner worked really well at first it didn’t read anything, but that wasn’t the scanner. It was my network on my bus. Once I resolved why it wasn’t reading i.e. an internal add-on device inside the bus the scanner read great and was able to clear codes and narrow down the issues with my bus. I’m still working on it, but I believe the scanner tool is helping greatly reduce work to narrow down the problem.

Great purchase
It’s a cheap way to check the codes on my Peterbilt! I have to take it to the dealership or a truck stop and Loves charges $80 to check and clear a code! It’s easy to use and easy to figure out how to use!
It has a bad battery life and the sound quality isn’t good enough –

This device has limited features to utilize during def regen.you can’t reset codes after changing sensors. overall, the device is stillgood for figuring out what’s wrong with the truck.

Garbage of a scanner
This scanner is bad, quality is really poor, and it doesn’t read the codes, or it only tell you there’s something wrong but it doesn’t specify the failure, waste of time and money! Tried on a 2020 freightliner m2 106

Good scanner for basic diagnostics
Descent scanner to do basic one way diagnostics. However, this scanner cannot perform vehicle updates like forced regenerations on diesel DPF systems, Tire pressure monitoring pairing, throttle adjustments, etc.If I had realized this, I would have saved my money and bought a bidirectional scanner.

check engine light be gone
I have a 2007 14 liter Detroit series 60 that I have been chasing a check engine light that has been coming on and off for months. Purchased this scanner and literally within 5 minutes I had the problem solved. 1st the low coolant sensor was bad but I had already replaced it so I just had to clear the fault code. 2nd I had a bad ABS sensor on the right side of the steer axle. The actual reading from this scanner said” axle 1 right side ” This tool is well worth the money and very easy to use. I had read many different articles and watched many different videos on the ” ECU 128 ” code but had no success. In my case I had fixed the problem by replacing the low coolant sensor but did not realize it because the check engine light still kept coming on but it never stayed on, it would come on and off and always off when I would come to a stop. I had to clear the fault code with the scanner and that got rid of the annoying on and off check engine light. Save yourself time and money and purchase this tool you won’t regret it.

Code reader only. Will NOT do regen or DPF ash reset on a Cummins
It’s a simple code reader. I was looking for a scantool to reset the DPF. I was told it would but it won’t. I’ll have to step up a couple levels.
