I’ve used Norton anti-virus software products for years in all the computers I’ve ever had, and have never experienced a problem with malware or viruses after I started using Norton. The programs are very easy to use and are continually improving. This Security 360 Deluxe Edition through Amazon was a terrific low price on Cyber Monday! It will download to five (5) devices including PC, Mac, iPhone, and Android. You get Dark Web monitoring by Lifelock included Secure VPN, and cloud storage in the package.I don’t enable everything Norton wants me to, but I do trust the core offerings of the software. One feature I use a lot is telling Norton not to scan or monitor certain drives or folders. (I clone my drives to others, both attached and network shares, so I don’t want Norton “catching” things I don’t need it to every time a file is copied.)I’ve used competing products, but none every really pleased me. And I do also have some scanning software installed to make sure nothing’s gotten through Norton.I recommend this software to friends and family, as I do to you.

Bad Software
I made a purchase of this software received it installed it. They wouldn’t accept my credit card of which I use all if the time with Amazon, they would not accept that card.So I used another credit card.After the software was installed I thought all was good. I tried using my printer and my printer gave me an error. So I did some troubleshooting and knowing my computer system is Windows 10, I called my computer company and talked with them. They said that this software is bad!I contacted Norton telling them my findings, asked for a refund and nothing!I immediately deleted the software from my computer. Now my printer works!What ever you do don’t purchase this software!

Good anti-virus software, but a bear to install the Amazon download
I’m a long time Norton AV user, and have no complaints with its virus detection capability. I guess I’m used to the annoying pestering pop-ups asking to install things I don’t want at frequent intervals. I don’t like the new auto-renew function that will charge my credit card in one years time. So instead, I will uninstall, and buy a new installation, rather than pay around $100 too much!However, my main complaint, like other reviews, is the pain of installing the Amazon download if you already has Norton installed. I kept being directed by the Amazon link to a Norton window that wanted to charge me full price and renew my existing installation from Norton. For those experiencing similar problems, I suggest downloading the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.1) Go to the Norton webpage, and click on the Support tab.2) Find the list of Quick Help topics.3) Under the topic Download and Install, select “Fix problems installing Norton service”4) Scroll down the Fix problems…” page and expand the section “Install doesn’t start or the window doesn’t appear after I complete the download”5) Scroll down to “Run the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool”6) Follow the instructions to download the Norton Removal tool, remove the existing software installation.7) Install the new software by clicking on the link in the email sent to you, which should now take you to the download pageThat worked for me, hope it helps you.BTW, here are the instructions copied from the Norton website:Download the Norton Remove and Reinstall tool.Save the file to the Windows desktop. On some browsers, the file is automatically saved to its default location.To open the Downloads window in your browser, press the Ctrl + J key.Double-click the NRnR icon.Read the license agreement, and click Agree.Click Advanced Options.Click Remove Only.Click Remove.Click Restart Now.After the computer restarts, follow the on-screen instructions to reinstall Norton.
