Amazing OBD scan tool for the price!!
As a hobbyist and go to car guy for the family, this tool is phenomenal. It’s so fast and extremely thorough in scanning the PIDs. I constantly have friends and family members that have problem cars and this tool has saved me numerous headaches. The value for money is insane just in data you get alone. I’ve used the live data to diagnose multiple air flow issues that needed repairs. It seems to have great compatibility with all the makes and models I’ve used it on. The app connectivity is great and have nothing but a positive experience on the functionality. Highly recommend for repair people and hobbyist a like.

Go for the cheaper copies.
Couldn’t see the module voltages for the BCM or PCM or TCM. A $15 Amazon / eBay Bluetooth scanner was able to show more data than the “nice one”

Does not live up to claims
Did not fully access all the systems it was advertised as being able to do. Also gave me incorrect codes which pointed me completely in the wrong direction. Immediately returned it.

There might be faster ones out there but for the price this one is ok.
It’s real slow connecting to my Jeep and to my Samsung phone but once it connects it works as advertised.

Small, powerful, yet easy to use.
This reader does functions that some of my more expensive ones don’t. It reads regular CEL codes, stored codes, and even factory codes with decent explanations of each. Set up is less than a minute. Once it finds a code, it even gives you a suggestion of how to fix it and even points you towards links to buy what may do so. Now, mind you, this is not a replacement for an actual mechanic, but at the very least, it can arm a consumer with a bit of knowledge. It’s also quite handy for us mechanics to carry with us as we always get asked by friends and family to “look at their car.” 😆All and all, I very much recommend this product!
