How does the Hammer Drill work?
Hammer: With impact function. Use with the silver masonry bit for drilling into brick or cement
Drill: Use black bit for wood, or gold bit for metal surfaces
Screwdriver: For driving screws. Select torque level 1–22 depending on material hardness
Drill Bits by Color:
Silver = Masonry bit (brick & cement)
Black = Wood bit (wood materials)
Gold = Metal bit (metal materials)
Why can’t it drill into brick or cement?
Check battery – shipped at only 30% charge for safety. Low power affects performance
Check the mode – must be in Hammer Mode and using masonry bit
If both are correct and it still doesn’t work, the tool may be defective
How to install the bit?
Before Use:Set the reverse switch to the middle and remove battery
Install Bit
Hold chuck, turn sleeve counterclockwise to open jaws;Insert bit;Hold chuck, turn sleeve clockwise to tighten
Remove Bit: Hold chuck, turn sleeve counterclockwise
Can this hammer drill be used on concrete?
A hammer drill is generally not suitable for drilling into concrete. It works best on materials like brick, cement, wood, and metal.
Only a rotary hammer drill, which is designed with a piston/cylinder mechanism, can effectively drill into concrete.

Great Drill! Best Value.
My favorite new cordless drill. I have owned all of the big brands (DW, RB, MW). This drill is solid. It drives very well, has great power, and the battery endurance is substantially better than all of my other, more expensive drills. Can’t beat it. — My first project was driving #10 self drilling screws to assemble a prefab metal building. Even after thousands of drill cycles and recharges, the drill is still crushing.

Great drill at a wonderful price.
I wanted to install grab rail banisters on the brick columns on our front steps to our porch. I had a 40 year old corded hammer drill, but was not interested in dragging it and a long extension cord out to drill the 12 holes necessary. I shopped Lowe’s for a drill, but the sales guy laughed at me when I mentioned getting a hammer drill for about $100.00. “More like $200” he said. I saw this drill on Amazon and decided it probably wasn’t much good, but might just drill 12 holes before it expired. It not only drilled the 12 holes with ease and quickly, it has continued to work on other projects too.It is robust, quiet and a wonderful drill, hammer drill and screw driver as well. Now I hunt projects to do with it. It would be a good buy at $200.00, but at the $80 I paid for it, is absolutely AMAZING.

Can’t beat it!
This is a nice drill that is definitely worth the money. It works better than my Dewalt, and is more powerful. It even has a automatic stop and even comes with a decent set of drill bits. Can’t beat it!

Well Crafted Motor!
My 20V DCK hammer drill is performing very well. The drill has a very powerful motor that will hammer through cinder block. The bit holder opens wide enough to hold a SDS bit and will penetrate block like a champ. The all metal chuck is great, but can be a little glitchy after running on the hammer setting. Major drawback – The drill’s light turns on while pulling the trigger and turns off immediately after releasing the trigger. Overall, for the price you can’t go wrong by purchasing this drill. It also comes with well crafted and very durable drilling bits. My last boast is the motor in this thing is a head turner. When you pull the trigger it sounds like power!

Light weight with mighty power.
I love love love this DCK drill. I originally hesitate to purchase it since it is a brand I don’t recognize. I typically use my Dewalt drill (plugged in) but it is just weak. I tried to hang a mirror up and when my Dewalt drill hit the beam on the wall, I can only smell smoke and it can’t drill thru further. Then I switched to my new DCK and it was just effortless. Sooo impressed with the power and light weight and what it can accomplished. Highly recommended for anyone who is on a budget but wants great quality.

Really happy with the drill
I was a bit nervous as it’s the first time using an electric drill. I read the straightforward instructions on how to choose fast or slower speed selection, direction and torque of the drill. I tried it out and drilled holes into metal and drywall and unscrewed and screwed screws in. It’s very easy to use, and the speed is very responsive to how hard you pull the trigger. Great value I feel and very well made!!!

For the price, it’s worth it
Exact same thing as in Milwaukee or the DeWalt just a different casing, came with charger battery a bunch of miscellaneous hammer, bits, and regular drillbits as well for the money it’s worth it
