Amazing punch set!
For the price, I couldn’t have asked for a better set of punches. Easy to use, with a great, stable design.The punches don’t seem to bend easy, and in fact you’d really have to be hammering the absolute crap out of something to bend them, in my opinion. The jig it comes with offers a lot of stability, although it’s not very big.The punches don’t seem to be soft either, although I’m sure they’d start to deform slightly around the tips if you’re hammering something extremely hard and not willing to move.Still, they’ve got me covered and I give bonus points for the box itself (both the cardboard one it comes with and the tough plastic one the punches and hammer fit into)The box is great to hold both the jig and the set of punches, so make sure you save it for convenient storage! (Talking about the cardboard outer box that will contain both the jig and plastic box that carries the punches and hammer)The hammer also comes with different tips, allowing you precise control over the type of impact you’d like to give.Overall, for the price I give it a firm 5/5, 10/10, beyond my scale, or what have it. Great set, great price!

Best set for the money I could find. If you’re a gun owner this thing is great. I like the magnetic tray in the bottom of the block. Very useful. One time buy and you’ll have it forever. If I took this to work and left it laying around, somebody would steal it. Even though they have no idea what its for or how to use it. Anyhow, great set.

More than adequate for lower receiver assembly
Feels like the largest starter punch is undersized but I’m probably wrong about that. They’re plenty strong and won’t bend unless you use one REALLY wrong like I did. I was able to bend it back with one of the starter punches and it’s fine now. For what it is, it does the job. Has everything you need. The hammer is solid and the heads are easy to swap. I wish the larger punches were brass, but you’ll be fine. They’re machined smooth enough that they don’t scratch anything.The smaller ones will, but just don’t try pushing the bolt catch pin out from the left. That ridge is there for a reason. Remember that the designer was smarter than you, and if it’s hard to do then you’re probably doing it wrong. Like me.

I like this punch set and I would buy again as a gift. In fact I did.
I like this punch set. It comes with a bench block, tweezers and microfiber cloth. It’s very durable. Doesn’t damage that easy. It’s easy to use it as far as what the tools used for it does its job. The organization of all the parts to it is done well. Storage capacity is fairly large for being such a small container. Everything fits in it just right.
