How does a induction bolt heater work?
When a conductive material, such as a metal bolt, is placed within this magnetic field. These eddy currents, in turn, generate heat within the material through electrical resistance.
What metals cannot be heated by induction?
Aluminum and Copper can not work on an induction heater because of the electrical properties.
Do induction heaters work on bolts?
The induction heater tool can heat threaded nuts and rusty screws, and is also suitable for heat treating a variety of small metal parts in automotive, mechanical applications.
What size rusted screw is this induction heater best suited for?
The induction heater is most effective for heating small household screws with a diameter of less than 4CM(1.57IN). Please choose the most suitable heating object before use.
When should I replace the induction heater coil?
Replace the coil when it becomes brittle, cracked, or damaged, or if heating performance decreases.
A worn coil may not heat efficiently and should be replaced to ensure safe and optimal operation.
Input Voltage 110V Rated Power 1300W Coil Inner Diameter φ: 0.59”(15 mm)*1/0.78”(20 mm)*1/1.18”(30 mm)*1 /1.57”(40mm)*1/DIY-coils*1 Heating time 5~25s Different heating times for different screw materials Heating temperature 1472℉/800 ℃ Number of coils 5-Coils in total Is there a toolbox? Please note that this one does not have a toolbox.

1. If heating seems ineffective, check if the material is aluminum or copper. These metals cannot be heated with an induction heater due to their electrical properties.
2. Different materials have different heating times and efficiencies, so the time will vary accordingly.

great tool, great price
great little tool.. if you have ever tried getting exhaust nuts loose on a ford pickup with a turbo V6, you know the frustration… a few seconds with this, the nuts are red hot, and spin right off… just watch out, those nuts are rather hot..

Great tool for DIY
Worked like a charm! Heated a bolt that I could not get off with breaking bar or 1100 ft lbs impact wrench. After heating, the impact wrench loosened the bolt immediately. Comes with easy instructions and useful warnings so as not to hurt yourself. Worth every penny.

When you need it you’ll be glad you have it
It worked and saved me on what should’ve been a simple job of changing our rear hubs. Just did brakes on a 2010 with 100k no issues. On a 2010 Prius with 155k miles later that day. The bottom caliper bolt on the driver side and the top caliber bolt on the passenger. Both stuck. Then one of hub bolts stopped half way out on the drivers. I thought for sure it was going to break even after heating it. Black Friday save a few bucks which is why I got it. First time and it saved me on 3 bolts. I have no idea other than rust why this one car was bad. But it worked. I might not know what I was doing. But I got it red hot. It wouldn’t turn. But after about one minute of cooling then it would. Again, the hub bolt acted like it was breaking off but eventually came loose.

A must have
Omg this thing works great!! I used it so much on muffler and manifold I wore the littlest one out. I would highly recommend for any one with hard t remove bolts or studs

Be careful, check unit before using
Quality control is lacking. The threads on the knobs for tightening the leads into the unit were not long enough, causing the coils to prematurely overheat and not work correctly. I did not realize at first what the problem was, until I started checking it over.

Great tool for siezed bolts!
This tool is amazing. If you work on cars, plumbing or anything else with bolts that get stuck, get this! It is like having a blowtorch, but without the flame.
